Wet-paint booth

The major issues in maintenance at the wet-paint booth are summarized in the following three points.
Installing Tough Bubblers provide positive effects on these issues.

1Cleaning cost and industrial waste (paint sludge and water replacement)

Extend the cycle of the booth cleaning and reduce cleaning workload

Tough bubbler promotes the floating of the paint sludge and suppresses the accumulation at the bottom. Fine bubbles contained in the circulating water suppress the adhesion of paint scum to the equipment. Even if it adheres, the paint scum containing air bubbles can easily be peeled off. As a result, the burden of cleaning work is greatly reduced and the cleaning cycle can be extended.

2Additive chemicals/
agents

Promote dispersion and reduce usage

Fine bubbles with small buoyancy are distributed in the tank along with circulation flow in the painting booth. The additive agents adhering to the fine bubbles will be distributed throughout the tank and maximizes the effect of the additive agents. Fine bubbles play the role of a carrier of the additive agents, allowing it to be introduced efficiently and reducing the amount added.

Odor
control

Improve water quality

An offensive odor occurs, due to the activities of the anaerobic microorganisms when the circulating water is in an oxygen-poor environment. Fine bubbles spread throughout the tank, and eliminate the anaerobic environment to suppress the occurrence of offensive odors.
